Although some AI models may require credits in the future, TotalSegmentator is currently free to run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"select-your-study-and-series\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Select your study and series<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose the <strong>study<\/strong> you wish to process. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usercontent.in.prod.clueso.io\/c4aac139-d4a6-400d-8304-573f5e2bdb96\/ced6a57b-882b-4441-b341-d657bfa1c66d\/dcbf818c-a738-4830-b434-e80af068e50e\/images\/12e42fd7-2074-4332-bb7b-22b6e4a8e355.png\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the study contains multiple imaging series, select the ones you want to include. All series are selected by default\u2014deselect any you don\u2019t want to process. The model will run in the background. (This workspace is also accessible any time via the workspace icon in the Viewer toolbar.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"view-and-interact-with-segmentation-outputs\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">View and interact with segmentation outputs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>AI-generated segmentation outputs (SEG files) will appear in the <strong>Study Browser<\/strong> (located on the left of the interface) under the original imaging series. To load the segmentations for a series, <strong>double-click<\/strong> the relevant <strong>SEG file<\/strong>. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usercontent.in.prod.clueso.io\/c4aac139-d4a6-400d-8304-573f5e2bdb96\/ced6a57b-882b-4441-b341-d657bfa1c66d\/dcbf818c-a738-4830-b434-e80af068e50e\/images\/ffeb2966-92ac-43ce-ab89-c32340b19a2c.png\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once loaded, the AI-generated anatomical segments display in the <strong>Segmentation panel<\/strong> on the right. Browse and interact with the identified structures as needed.
